This is the property I eventually bought while in Brazil, it's at a place called Iparana which is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Fortaleza. It will be where I hope to create an Art School for children and the poor, a place where people will be blessed.

Also I hope to create an International Art school for Christian Art students from around the world wanting to use their giftings to reach the poor, my aim would be to facilitate and recruit staff for this. All those who are interested please contact me.

It should be fun starting from scratch to build an Art School! In the near future it is planned to construct other buildings - also hope to build a chapel - which can also be used for conferences and seminars.

At the moment the house is fully furnished has one bedroom, one kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lounge area and a varandah. It has Electricity, a fridge and has running water. The property is about 70 metres by 20 metres, with a high security wall. It is available to rent should anyone be interested. It's in nice location and the beach is just 200 metres away.

I thought in the long term it might be an opportunity to run schools of various kinds if I am able to recruit staff to teach different subjects.
