The words adapted from a well known
childrens song speak to us of the best place to be - God's hands!
How strange it is so many try to
find peace and security only in this world. There can only be
one place to find security and hope. Do we find ourselves there?
or do we just struggle along on our own on the rough seas of
life?
Dear friend, if you are struggling
on your own, these words of Jesus are for you and for all who
believe:
My sheep listen to my voice;
I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and
they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.
My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no
one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father
are one."
John 10 : 27-30 NIV
These wonderful words of Jesus
are an invitation and a comfort.
For young and old alike, rich or
poor. And whether we are a president or leader
of a great nation or a CEO of a big company, there is no one
too big for our God to hold.
.....He is waiting to sweep us
up the moment we turn to Him and believe.

P.S. Sam Sims, from Ipswich,
sent an email last night thanking me for the print of the picture
received, ordered while at Living Water, Norwich, UK. She mentioned
her sons favourite song is "My God is a Great big God and
He holds me in his hands". when he saw the picture at the
conference.. the first thing he said was
That picture
is just like my song!
My thanks to Sam, it's just what I needed! As I was writing the
message for the picture I was searching for the right words -
and prayed "Lord, I feel so empty but you are so full!"
next thing I know, minutes later Sams email comes through!
- GOD IS SO GOOD!
Enjoy!
Best wishes
